The World Apostolate of Fatima has launched a spiritual challenge to all Marian devotees to celebrate the 104th anniversary of the first apparition of Our Lady in Fatima, occurring this May 13th, 2021, by offering spiritual acts of reparation, expression of our conversion to God.
On this year of 2021, when the world is still fighting the pandemic, we shall celebrate the anniversary of the 13th of May by converting ourselves in the best possible way and offer our hearts to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. The purpose is to take this opportunity to renew our life away from sin and in a spirit of penance, requesting the grace and mercy from God to bring to our lives the practice of Christian virtues and perfect love.
On the 13th of May, Christians are invited to participate in the Holy Mass (where possible) and receive Holy Communion, offering it for the intentions of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, to save our world from the perils of evil. Those who cannot attend Holy Mass, may offer from their homes the prayer of the Rosary, Holy Masses spiritually attended through the media and other devotions, to make reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, obtaining from heaven the cease of the plague, the pandemic of coronavirus in our days!
We will be united spiritually with the Shrine of Fatima in their celebrations, through the social media. In order to make more visible and concrete this spiritual communion, the Secretariat of the World Apostolate of Fatima invites you to submit here in our webpage your Prayer requests. These will be placed at the Chapel of the Apparitions during the month of May.
